In 1995, TPC VINA Plastic and Chemical Corporation Limited (TPC VINA) was established as a joint venture company with its headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In 1998, started operation as its state-of-the-art polyvinyl chloride production line with the initial capacity of 80,000 ton/year in factory in Dong Nai province, Vietnam. Over the years, the factory has improved the capacity of existing line and invested in 2nd production line which combined total capacity of 190,000 ton/year.
TPC VINA is the pioneer in the petrochemical industry in Vietnam and, nowadays, operating the largest suspension polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plant with total investment of USD 115 millions.
TPC VINA’s shareholders are Thai Plastic and Chemical Public Company Limited (TPC, 70%, Thailand), Vietnam Plastic Corpo-ration (VINAPLAST, 15%, Vietnam) and Vietnam National Chemi-cal Group (VINACHEM, 15%, Vietnam). Built on 24 hectares in Go Dau Industrial Zone, Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province in Vietnam, the plant is operated by Distributed Control System (DCS) with the most advanced technologies and facilities for production with not only highly efficient but also with the highest quality standards.
TPC VINA is currently capable to produce various grades of Polyvinyl Chloride Homo-polymer by using suspension polymeri-zation process.

| 2000 | Thai Plastic and Chemical Public Company Ltd. increases its proportion of share held from 24% to 70%. Together with that, the name of the company changes to TPC VINA Plastic and Chemical Corporation Limited (TPC VINA) |
| 2002 | Production expansion from 80,000 to 100,000 ton/year |
| 2003 | Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 awarded |
| 2010 | Commercial operation of Line 2 with the capacity of 90,000 ton/year increasing the total capacity to 190,000 ton/year. 1 millions tons PVC has been successful produced and distributed by Aug 31st, 2010 |

We take care all of our customers by the most thoroughly quality management system.
With the support of modern laboratory equipments and well-trained engineers, Quality Control Department is fully qualified to supervise thoroughly the whole production process from input materials, on-going process and the output to ensure the highest standards for PVC quality before the products are distributed to the customers.
We are also inherited and shared the innovation achievements and rich technical experience in PVC & VCM production industry from the mother company - TPC Thailand – with over 40 years of experience.
