On August 24, 2007, the Mat Vang International Investment Company was granted the business registration certificate No 0102031818 by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment and was granted the tax code No 0102353646 by the Hanoi Tax Department on 30/8/2007.
On September 20, 2012, the Mat Vang International Investment Company was approved by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment to change its name to Long Hai International Investment Company, Ltd with the tax code No 0102353646.
