Introduction
Longhaiplaza is run in compliance with the business models of B2B with the foundation of e-commerce. This website introduces products of customers with quality service and preferential price for enterprises and individuals interested in e-commercial transaction which is provided by global prestige enterprises and suppliers
With the target of becoming the connection between enterprises and enterprises, between enterprises and customers in the country and in the world, this is a healthy and modern online shopping channel. We expect to cooperate with enterprises and suppliers in the whole world with quality products and services as well as competitive price.
I. General principles:
This Regulation mentions about compulsory rules to apply for Members of LonghaiPlaza.com E-Commercial Trading Floor (hereafter called Members) for the purpose of creating an environment for purchasing and selling goods, supplying services on an e-commercial website.
Members, traders, organizations and individuals participating in the transactions on LonghaiPlaza.com E-Commercial Trading Floor (hereafter called E-commercial Trading Floor) are responsible for complying with this Regulation;
All contents in this Regulation comply with current laws of Vietnam. Members in their participation shall understand about their legal responsibilities and comply with legal regulations and content of the Regulation of Longhaiplaza.com.
II. General regulations:
1. The domain name of the E-Commercial Trading Floor is: http://www.Longhaiplaza.com
Longhaiplaza.com E-Commercial Trading Floor is the trading place for buyers and sellers, which helps the process of buying goods and supplying services on the internet be performed quickly and completely by combining with online payment.
2. Members of the E-Commercial Trading Floor
Legal registered traders, organizations and individuals registering will be members of the E-Commercial Trading Floor and officially recognized by the Management Board of Longhaiplaza.com E-Commercial Trading Floor (hereafter called the Management Board) by considering documents and signing contracts to allow posting products on Longhaiplaza.com
Members are responsible for implementing this Regulation;
Members can use services supplied by Longhaiplaza.com and related parties. The term “services” include all services supplied by or related to Longhaiplaza.com.
3. Address for transactions: http://www.Longhaiplaza.com
Apart from the above address, Longhaiplaza.com E-Commercial Trading Floor does not have any other address.
4. Business activities of the E-Commercial Trading Floor:
Buying and selling goods as well as supplying services permitted by the law
The trade of goods and services restricted for business or conditional goods and services on the e-commercial website needs adjustment of legal documents related to those goods and services.
Members are not allowed to post goods and services violating habits and customs, violating regulations of the law. In case of violation, longhaiplaza.com will have our methods to prevent according to article 1, section III of this Regulation.

6. Intellectual Properties:
Any patents, copyrights or designs registered or not registered, rights to registered or non-registered designs and brand names, service brand names or industrial ownership or other intellectual properties, including applications for any items in the above items.
III. Process of transaction:
1. For customers

2. Login and registration:
Customers can log in if they have an account on Longhaiplaza.com
If customers do not have an account on Longhaiplaza.com, they can register to create a new account.
With an account on Longhaiplaza.com, customers can use the following features:
- Accessing to their personal information on Longhaiplaza.com
- Seeing the transaction history
- Changing their personal information
- Longhaiplaza.com/ Being entered to the list of email storage for the announcement of promotions and preferential programs with the limited quantity from Longhaiplaza.com

3. Product sellection:
Customers click on the products they want to buy to move to the detailed page of the products.
Customers choose the quantity of products they want to buy, then order.
4. Payment for products
In customers’ basket, customers can update their order or make payment.

- Longhaiplaza is exempt from responsibility for the information for goods supply on Longhaiplaza.com; suppliers shallperform regulations of longhaiplaza.com.
- Longhaiplaza.com shall implement regulations of International Laws on contrcting, goods ordering, payment with Longhaiplaza.com
5. For sellers/ posts;

Kiosk structure will be displayed as follows: name of the kiosk, status of the kiosk (confirmed or not), list of products of kiosks, general description about the kiosks…
e. Procedures/ Policies on delivering and receiving goods
- Regulations on delivery scope
- For customers outside Vietnam, Longhaiplaza.com will deliver goods with international transport methods; depending on the quantity of orders, suitable method of transport will be used.
f. Regulations on delivery
+ For international customers: Customers shall pay fee for delivery and import, export tax or other charges and taxes depending on each country and territory the products will come to. Customers shall contact directly to Longhaiplaza.com to receive support.
g. Regulations on delivery time
- For international orders: the delivery time is from 10 to 60 days depending on each territory and country
- When goods are shipped to customers, please complete the payment and sign to confirm with the deliverer, then check if products have any mistakes or errors.
- Please keep the receipt and call to hotline 0084(0)90 209 1499 to give a feedback about the products.
6. Policies on change, return and cancellation of orders

b. For any frauds and illegal use of payment cards by anybody to buy goods, we will return the amount received from you only when you inform Card Issuance Unit and contact immediately with us in case where we discover that we cannot use the payment cards
c.After customers click on “order”, your browser will turn into safe mode. Data related to your order customers’ orders, personal information and payment details will go through all of our host computers by encoding. After customers complete your orders, you should exit the safe mode.
d. You shouldn’t give detailed information about payment to anyone by email; we will not be responsible for losses you may bear in exchanging your information through internet or email.
e. You should not absolutely use any other programs, tools or forms to intervene the system or change data structure. We prohibit distribution, popularization or encouragement for any activities aiming at intervening, destroying or violating website system. All violations will be solved in accordance with regulations and rules of the law.
f. All transaction information is secured, except for the case of compulsory provision when required by legal agency
V. Protection of customers’ information:
1. Collection of personal information
In the process of service provision, Longhaiplaza.com will collect information of members in their registration as follows:
- Information of registering members: Name, address, phone, email address, mobile phone, company name, address of the company, …
- Information of using members: Information posted by members in boards of assessment, selection and comments about products; Information of members when they answer questionnaires required by Longhaiplaza.com by email or on website.
2. Purpse of use
Longhaiplaza.com will use personal information received from members for the purposes as below; however, for information about the third person provided by members, if that third person does not agree, we will only use it for purposes mentioned in this section.
- To confirm members when members use information to log in to the system of longhaiplaza.com
- To do transactions in goods and services purchasing in Longhaiplaza.com such as: ordering, buying goods, delivering goods, making payment after buying goods and services…
- To popularize and advertise information of Longhaiplaza.com to members, to send email to introduce abour products and services on Longhaiplaza.com
- To provide information about services by email, posts, telephone,…
- To personalize the content when customers log in Longhaiplaza.com, depending on sex, age, living place, hobbies, history of goods purchasing, websites seen by members
- To analyze the trend of consumption of customers for the purpose of building new services or improving old services
- To contact with members when Longhaiplaza.com investigates customers’ information, holding promotions, exchange of information in evaluation and comment boards
- To reply when members have wonderings: our company will reply members by email, phone or send letters to the address of members
- To use in other services provided by Longhaiplaza.com
- To provide personal information to sellers according to clause 4 of this policy
- To use for other purposes of Longhaiplaza.com which are not mentioned above. In this case, we will inform that use on http://Longhaiplaza.com
3. Use of personal information
- Longhaiplaza.com will carefully use personal information of members in according with laws of Vietnam
- Longhaiplaza.com will use personal information of members to perform purposes mentioned in article 2 of this regulation
- Longhaiplaza.com will provide personal information of members to a specific extent to sellers for the transactions between members and sellers, such as ordering on Longhaiplaza.com. After selling goods, sellers can use members’ information to analyze the consumption trend, send information for advertisement or to improve their services. Longhaiplaza.com will bind responsibilities of sellers in compliance with laws on personal information protection and policies of using personal information on Longhaiplaza.com. However, we cannot ensure 100% sellers to strictly comply with the above policies, so for more information, members should contact with sellers.
4. Accuracy and safety of information
To update information of sellers for the improvement of services on Longhaiplaza.com, contact with sellers to update the latest information
5. Confirmation and correction of personal information
Members can confirm, correct, add, remove, cancel their accounts, require Longhaiplaza.com not to provide information to sellers on Longhaiplaza.com
In case where members do not log in to see their information, they shall implement procedures according to regulations of Longhaiplaza.com to require re-providing information about their account.
6. Time for information storage
Personal information of customers will be stored by Longhaiplaza.com until customers have requirement for cancelling or customers log in and cancel their accounts. In other cases, personal information will be secured on the host computer of Longhaiplaza.com.

8. Vehicles and tools for users to access and correct their personal information
- Any customers using services of Longhaiplaza.com will be provided with the right to access their personal information by Longhaiplaza.com. If that information is not correct, Longhaiplaza.com will provide customers with ways to update quickly or remove that information – except for when Longhaiplaza.com has to keep that information for legal purposes or legal business. When updating customers’ personal information, Longhaiplaza.com can require customers to verify their identification before Longhaiplaza.com deals with their requirements.
- In case where Longhaiplaza.com can provide the right to access and correct information, Longhaiplaza.com will do that for free, except for when that action requires disproportional efforts. Longhaiplaza.com will maintain its services by protecting information not to be destroyed due to intentional or unintentional actions.
9. Commitments of securing customers’ personal information
- Your personal information will be committed to be secured absolutely according to the policy of protecting personal information. The collection and use of personal information of each member are only implemented when having agreement of that person except for those differently regulated by the law.
- Your personal information will not be used, transferred, provided or concealed to any third party in case of no agreement
- In case where the host computer storing information is attacked by hackers, causing loss of personal data, we will be responsible for informing the event to functional agencies to investigate and timely solve, at the same time inform you to know.
- When registering to be members, you shall provide all personal information such as: Full name, address, email, phone number … and be responsible for legality of the above information. We are not responsible as well as do not solve all complaints related to your benefits if we find that your personal information provided in the first registration is not correct.
VI. Management of bad information:
a. Members will be self-responsible for securing and storing all activities of using services under the registered names, passwords and emails. Members are responsible for timely inform Longhaiplaza.com about actions of illegally using, abusing, violating security, storing registered usernames and passwords of the third party to have suitable solving measures.
b. Members shall provide adequately and exactly all information posted on Longhaiplaza.com, especially those on price, product quality. All corrected, supplemented and replaced information shall be timely inform to Longhaiplaza.com.
c. Members shall not use services of Longhaiplaza.com for illegal purposes, to cheat, threaten or seek for information illegally, to destroy, create and distribute virus to cause damage to the system, configuration and information transmission of Longhaiplaza.com or to use their services to speculate, establish a corner in the market, create fake orders and offers, even for the estimation of market demand. In case of violation, members shall be responsible for their actions before the law.
d. Members shall not change, correct, copy, popularize, distribute, provide and create similar tools of services provided by Longhaiplaza.com to another third party without agreement of Longhaiplaza.com in this Regulation.
e. Members shall not cause loss of prestige of Longhaiplaza.com in any form such as causing disunity among members by using the second username via another third party or propaganda information disadvantageous for prestige of Longhaiplaza.com.
VII. Regulations on control are namely:
1. Regulations for sellers/ supplers
- All following regulations are applied with pre-check and post-check steps of Longhaiplaza.com if any member is found violating regulations in the process of operation for the purpose of creating a safe, healthy and fair business environment for members on Longhaiplaza.com.
- Therefore, Longhaiplaza.com recommends members to understand carefully regulations before selling products in order to avoid unintentional violations. New regulations will be updated continuously by Longhaiplaza.com basing on analyzing market, community, arising problems in the operation and will be immediately valid after being posted on Longhaiplaza.com.

B. Sanction:

- Fining or having legal sanctions for violating actions causing damages
C. Products forbidden to be sold:
- You cannot deliver goods or any products which are limited or forbidden by laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, or laws of any countries with enterprises on our website. Please notice that www.longhaiplaza.com tends to direct to the global market, so the sale or publicity of goods can be forbidden external laws issued by your local countries.
- The following are some forbidden or limited goods. However, this list is not enough; if your are sellers taking responsibilities in your right, you cannot post a forbidden product.
a. Goods encouraging illegal activities;
b. Wines of all kinds;
c. Shotguns and bullets for shotguns, sports weapons, supporting tools;
d. Cigarettes, cigars and finished products of tobacco;
e. Unique wild plants and animals, including living animals and their processed parts of body;
f. Beauty products directly affecting skin without marks;
g. Goods in forbidden forms.
h.Debauchery cassettes, CDs, newspapers, books and articles, voluptuous documents or those having items related to sex.
i. Wild animals and natural unique animals.
j. Drugs, dopes and other addiction-causing substances.
k. Weapons, dynamites, noxious chemicals.
l. National secrete documents, specialized codes and software protecting programs for the protection of the State.
m. Men and body parts.
n. List of emails and personal information of many people.
o. Illegal products/ software or unlock programs.
p. Products of racial discrimination or violation to any countries.
q. Illegal products from stealing.

3.Absuing the e-commerce website of Longhaiplaza.com
Longhaiplaza.com and the community shall coordinate with each other to keep websites and services of Longhaiplaza.com working for the security of the community. Please inform Longhaiplaza.com ensures that posted products do not violate copyrights, brand names or intellectual properties of any third parties. If there is information that intellectual properties of a member is violated, please inform Longhaiplaza.com to take investigation.
4. Submission of users
Each member submitting to the website Longhaiplaza.com, including but not limited questions, comments and proposals (generally called “Submissions”) will be the only and unique properties of Longhaiplaza.com and will not be returned to members. In addition to the right to apply submissions, when members post comments on the website, they also allow Longhaiplaza.com to use their names as well as comments or other contents. Members are not permitted to use fake emails, to disguise themselves as others or to cause mistakes for Longhaiplaza.com or the third party about the origin of that information. Longhaiplaza.com can but does not have obligations to remove or correct those submissions.
5. Language
Sellers and buyers are not allowed to use rude languages, slangs, voluptuous or violent (threatening…) words

VIII. Responsibility limit in case of arising technical mistakes in trading floor:
- When doing transactions on Longhaiplaza.com, members are forced to comply with procedures of guidance
- Longhaiplaza.com undertakes to provide services with best quality to members participating in transactions. In case of arising technical mistakes, software mistakes or other objective mistakes, causing that members cannot take part in transactions, members shall inform Longhaiplaza.com on Hotline: +84.4.3839 8592. We will recover mistakes as soon as possible to create favorable conditions for members to participate in Longhaiplaza.com;
- However, Longhaiplaza.com will not be responsible for solving announcements of members to the management board about technical mistakes, transmission mistakes, software or other mistakes which are not caused by the management board.
IX. Rights and obligations of Longhaiplaza.com
1.Rights and obligations of traders/ organizations providing e-commerce services
1.1 Rights of Longhaiplaza.com:
- To check information of organizations and individuals posted on the website, especially information about price and quality of products
- To refuse, postpone or terminate to provide services to members in case where it is demonstrated that members provide Longhaiplaza.com with incorrect and inadequate information which violates laws, ethics, Vietnamese habits and customs
- To refuse to provide one or all services on Longhaiplaza.com in case where: Members violating Regulations or having actions affecting business activities of Longhaiplaza.com.
- Longhaiplaza.com will keep the copyright of using services and contents on Longhaiplaza.com according to international copyright law and legal regulations on intellectual properties protection in Vietnam. “Longhaiplaza.com” and all symbols, logos, contents according to different languages belong to the ownership of Longhaiplaza.com. All actions of copying, using and popularizing illegally the obove ownerships are banned.
1.2 Responsibilities of Longhaiplaza.com:
- To prevent and remove from the website information about goods and services in forbidden items according to regulations of laws and those limited to do business according to regulations of laws such as: Shotguns and bullets for shotguns, sports weapons, supporting tools; Cigarrettes, cigars and finished products of tobacco; Wines of all kinds; Unique wild plants and animals, including living animals and their processed body parts; Goods limited to do business according to regulations of laws…
- To remove from the website information of selling fake products, smuggled products, those violating intellectual properties and goods, services violating laws when being detected or receiving reflections with evidence about these information.
- To be responsible for requiring Suppliers/ Partners supplying goods, services in conditional business goods and services on our website to provide Certificate of Satisfying Business Conditions for those goods and services (in case where laws regulate to have Certificate of Satisfying Business Conditions)
- To build and announce publically on the website Operation Regulation of e-commerce trading floor; to follow and ensure the implementation of that regulation on the e-commerce trading floor.
- To have mechanism to check, supervise to ensure the information provision of Suppliers/ Partners on the e-commerce trading floor to be implemented correctly and adequately
- To store registration information of traders, organizations, individuals participating in the e-commerce trading floor and to regularly update related changed and supplemented information.

- To support state managing agencies to investigate illegal business activities, to provide registration information, transaction history and other documents about the objects with illegal actions on the e-commerce trading floor.
- To publicize the mechanism to sovle disputes arising in the transactions on the e-commerce trading floor. When customers on the e-commerce trading floor have disputes with Suppliers/ Partners or have their legal benefits damaged, Longhaiplaza.com shall provide customers with information about Suppliers/ Partners and actively support customers to protect their legal rights and benefits.
- To be responsible for guiding members to perform procedures of buying and selling on Longhaiplaza.com, especially to apply online payment function.
- To maintain normal activities of Longhaiplaza.com and to recover incidents affecting activities of Longhaiplaza.com; In case of force majeure such as: natural disasters, fires, social changes, decisions of functional agencies…, Longhaiplaza.com will not take jointly responsibility.

2.2.Responsibilities of suppliers

In case of violation, members shall be responsible for their actions before the law

2.3 To provide adequately and correctly information to service supplying traders and organization on the e-commerce trading floor when registering to use services, including:
a) Name and address of headquarters of traders, organizations or name and permanent address of individuals
b) Issue number, issue date and issue place of Certificate of Business Registration of traders, or issue number, issue date and issue unit of decision on the establishment of organizations.
c) Description of goods, services in promotion and goods, services for promotion, including information about origin, specification, quality of goods and services;
d) Phone number or another online contact method.

X. Provisions for application

Sellers have the obligation to implement decisions given by Longhaiplaza.com if the mediation fails. In case where sellers do not agree to implement decisions of Longhaiplaza.com, claims will be referred to functional agencies to solve according to regulations of laws
2.Regulation of Longhaiplaza.com are valid to be implemented from the date of posting on the wesite http://Longhaiplaza.com
3.In case of changing Regulation to ensure the purpose and activities of Longhaiplaza.com, Longhaiplaza.com will announce on the trading floor 5 (five) days earlier. After 5 (five) days of announcement, the corrected, supplemented or replaced Regulation is officially valid. That members continue using services after the corrected Regulation is announced and implemented means that members agree with this corrected Regulation
