³ VN - AM is baking paint.
³ Coating film of lacquer is hard, high gloss, water, alkali and heat resistance.
³ Quantity of paint for 1 m2 surface: 100 - 150g (practical paint consumption depends on the materia surface).
METHOD OF USE
³ Metal surface should be colour painted, dried, clean, free grease and dust before painting.
³ Mix well the lacquer before using.
³ Apply by spraying or brushing.
³ Diluted by solvent DMT3-AM; by rate: £ 5 %
³ Should be painted two layers, each interval of repainting is 10 minutes. Film thickness is over 30 - 40mm.
³ Setting the coating film within 10 minutes before. Baking the coating film. Baking temperature is increased gradually.
³ Baking temperature 100 – 110OC.
³ Baking time: 1h -1h 30.
³ Notice:
Increase the baking temperature step by step. If apply higher temperature’s requirement, the film will be easy aged and changed colours.

- Lacquer is not still used and remained that must be keep tightly closed storage in dry and ventilated places.
- Should perform at ventilate place. Isolate from sources of heat.
- Note: Avoid skin and eye contact. Wear protection equipment, exp.: glove, gauze mask, and glasses... when paint spraying.
